How far in advance should I book a black car service?+
For standard airport transfers, 24–48 hours notice is ideal. For weddings, multi-vehicle corporate events, cruise port transfers, and stadium outings, we recommend booking 1–4 weeks ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle. For same-day airport rides, call us directly at (786) 848-6422 and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Do you track flights for airport pickups?+
Yes. We monitor every flight in real time using live flight data. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or arrives early, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time automatically — at no additional charge. You will never pay a waiting fee for delays caused by the airline.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Standard airport transfers and point-to-point rides: cancel at least
2 hours before pickup at no charge. Bookings of 3 or more hours that require a 50% deposit: the deposit becomes non-refundable
48 hours before the start time. Larger vehicles (Sprinter, multi-vehicle events): require
