Cancellation Policy

Sedans, SUVs & Vans — Standard Transfers

All cancellations must be received two (2) hours prior to the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 100% of the estimated trip total.

For bookings of three (3) hours or greater, a 50% deposit is required at booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to start time. Cancellations within 90 minutes of start time incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Premium & Specialty Vehicles

Includes: Limousine, Hummer, Limousine Bus, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Bus, Minibus, and Motor-coach Bus.

A 50% deposit is required at booking, becoming non-refundable three (3) days prior to start date. Cancellations within 48 hours of start time incur a 100% cancellation fee.
