Pickup Spots
Where Your Chauffeur Meets You
MIA is one horseshoe-shaped building with three sections: the North Terminal (Concourse D), the Central Terminal (Concourses E, F and G), and the South Terminal (Concourses H and J). Arrivals and baggage claim are on Level 1. Departures are on Level 2.
Curbside. Your chauffeur pulls up on the Level 1 arrivals curb at the door nearest your baggage carousel. You receive the vehicle description and your chauffeur's mobile number before you land.
Meet and greet. Your chauffeur waits inside with a name sign: at your baggage carousel for domestic flights, or in the arrivals lobby just past the customs exit for international flights.
Private flights are met at Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport, Miami Executive Airport, or the private terminal your operator names.
Terminal Procedure
From Wheels-Down to the Car
1. We track the flight. Give us the airline and flight number. We confirm your concourse and adjust for early or late arrivals at no charge.
2. Domestic arrivals walk from the gate down to baggage claim on Level 1. From the far gates of Concourse D this can take ten to fifteen minutes.
3. International arrivals go through passport control, collect bags, and clear customs before exiting into the arrivals lobby. At busy times this takes 45 minutes or longer, which is why international pickups include more waiting time.
Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, counted from when the aircraft lands. You never pay a waiting fee for an airline delay.
