How It Works
From the Airport to the Hotel
1. We track the flight. Give us the airline and flight number. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you at no charge.
2. You are met on arrival. At MIA your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim, curbside or inside with a name sign. Private flights are met planeside at the FBO.
3. Straight to the hotel. MIA to Faena is usually 20 to 30 minutes. Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes for domestic and private flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.
