PBI Airport Car Service
Opulent Transport provides private black car service to and from Palm Beach International Airport, 24 hours a day. Your chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you at the terminal, and takes you directly to Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or anywhere in South Florida. Your rate is quoted before you confirm, with no surge pricing.
PBI is one of the easiest airports in Florida to use: one terminal, short walks, and a few minutes from both downtown West Palm Beach and the island of Palm Beach.
Pickup Spots
Where Your Chauffeur Meets You
PBI has a single terminal with three concourses, A, B and C. Every arriving passenger comes down to the same baggage claim on the lower level, so there is no terminal to get wrong. You choose how you would like to be met when you book:
Curbside. Once you have your bags, your chauffeur pulls up at the arrivals curb outside baggage claim. You receive the vehicle description and your chauffeur's mobile number before you land.
Meet and greet. Your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with your luggage, and walks you to the vehicle.
Palm Beach County is one of the country's busiest private aviation markets. We meet private flights at the PBI private terminals, including Signature Aviation and Sheltair, with the vehicle in position before you land.
Terminal Procedure
From Wheels-Down to the Car
1. We track the flight. Give us the airline and flight number. If you land early or late, the pickup time moves with you at no charge.
2. You collect your bags. The walk from any gate to baggage claim is short. International passengers clear passport control and customs first.
3. You call or text your chauffeur. For a curbside pickup, a short message when you have your bags brings the car to the door nearest you.
Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and private aviation, and 60 minutes for international arrivals, counted from when the aircraft lands. You never pay a waiting fee for an airline delay.
Timing
Typical Drive Times from PBI
These are usual ranges outside of rush hour. Weekday mornings and late afternoons on I-95 can add twenty minutes or more on the longer runs, and we plan your pickup around the hour you are travelling.
- Downtown West Palm Beach: about 10 minutes
- Palm Beach island and Worth Avenue: 10 to 15 minutes
- Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington: 20 to 30 minutes
- Jupiter and Delray Beach: 25 to 35 minutes
- Boca Raton: 30 to 40 minutes
- Fort Lauderdale airport and Port Everglades: 50 to 65 minutes
- Miami airport and PortMiami: 75 to 95 minutes
Flying out? We schedule your pickup so you reach the terminal about two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one. Your chauffeur drops you on the upper, departures level at the door for your airline.
Pricing
A Quoted Rate, No Surge
Your rate depends on the vehicle and the distance, and it is quoted before you confirm. It does not change for traffic, weather, or a delayed flight. Gratuity is not mandatory and is at your discretion.
First-time clients can use code RIDE10 for 10% off. Transfers can be cancelled without charge up to 2 hours before pickup; see the cancellation policy.
Vehicles
Sized for Your Party and Bags
A Mercedes-Benz S-Class carries up to three passengers. A Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban carries up to six with luggage. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen. Tell us how many bags you have and we will match the vehicle.
