Gratuity

Gratuity is completely discretionary and may be increased, decreased, or eliminated entirely.

Pickup Locations

• Domestic flights: Baggage carousel
• International flights: Outside customs
• FBO: Tarmac or lobby (depending on restrictions)
• Seaports: Call (786) 848-6422 after exiting

Hourly Minimums

Sedans and SUVs require a 3-hour minimum. Additional time billed in 30-minute increments.

Grace Periods & Wait Fees

Complimentary wait included with every ride: International arrivals 60 min · Domestic arrivals 30 min · Cruise ports 30 min · FBOs 30 min · Hotels & other 15 min. Additional wait beyond these windows: $60/hour in 30-minute increments.

Additional Stops

Within 5 miles: $20–$25. Beyond 5 miles: $60–$80 (vehicle-dependent, up to 30 min per stop).

Cancellation

Sedans/SUVs: 2 hours notice. Hourly services: 4 hours notice. See our full Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Smoking, drug use, and alcohol consumption are prohibited in all vehicles. Violations result in immediate termination of service with no refund.

Payment & Damage

Physical card presentation may be required. Excessive cleaning: $200–$250+. Passengers are responsible for all vehicle damage costs incurred during service.
