Wedding Transportation

Opulent Transport provides chauffeured wedding transportation for the couple, the wedding party, and guests in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Atlanta and New York City. One dispatcher coordinates every vehicle, so the whole day runs on a single timeline.

Tell us the venues, the times, and the headcount. We plan the vehicles around your schedule and quote the full day before you confirm, with no surge pricing.

Who Rides in What

A Vehicle for Every Part of the Day

The couple. A Mercedes-Benz S-Class for the ride to the ceremony and the departure at the end of the night. It carries up to three passengers.

The wedding party. Cadillac Escalade ESVs carry up to six each, with room for dresses, suit bags, and everything that travels with them.

The guests. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans carry up to fourteen passengers each and run as shuttles between the hotel, the ceremony, and the reception.

All of our vehicles are black. See the fleet.

How We Plan It

One Timeline, One Dispatcher

1. Send us the day. Addresses for the hotel, ceremony, and reception, the times, and how many people need to move at each point.

2. We build the schedule. We match vehicles to each leg and send you a written plan and quote. Your planner or venue coordinator can be copied on it.

3. On the day. Chauffeurs arrive early and stay in contact with one dispatcher, so a ceremony that starts late or photographs that run long do not leave anyone waiting at the curb.

Decorations and champagne can be arranged in advance. Tell us when you book.

What We Cover

More Than the Ride to the Ceremony

A wedding usually means several days of travel for a lot of people. We can take care of all of it or only the parts you need:

  • Airport pickups for family and guests arriving from out of town
  • The rehearsal dinner and welcome events
  • Hotel to ceremony for the couple and the wedding party
  • Guest shuttles between the hotel, ceremony, and reception
  • The departure at the end of the night
  • The ride to the airport or cruise port for the honeymoon

Booking

When to Reserve

We recommend booking wedding transportation one to four weeks ahead to guarantee the vehicles you want. Peak-season weekends fill earlier, so the sooner we have your date the better.

Wedding days are usually booked by the hour. Sedans and SUVs have a three-hour minimum, and additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. See hourly chauffeur service.

Deposits & Changes

Clear Terms

Sprinter bookings and any booking of more than one vehicle require a 50% deposit when you reserve. The deposit becomes non-refundable three days before the start date.

Full details are in the cancellation policy. Gratuity is not mandatory and is at your discretion.
