We combine vehicles: Sprinters for the main party, Cadillac Escalade ESVs for principals, and sedans for individual arrivals.
One dispatcher coordinates every vehicle, so a conference, wedding, or corporate event runs on a single timeline and you have one person to call.

Booking
Reserve Ahead
For weddings, multi-vehicle corporate events, cruise port transfers, and stadium outings, we recommend booking one to four weeks ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
Choose "Sprinter" in the reservation form for a single van. Reservations are open 24 hours a day.
Deposit & Cancellation
Clear Terms
Sprinter bookings and any booking of more than one vehicle require a 50% deposit when you reserve. The deposit becomes non-refundable three days before the start date, and cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are charged in full.

How many passengers does the Sprinter van seat?
Up to fourteen passengers. Tell us your passenger count and luggage when you book and we will confirm the right vehicle.
What if my group is larger than fourteen?
We combine vehicles, such as two Sprinters or a Sprinter with Cadillac Escalade ESVs, and one dispatcher coordinates all of them on a single timeline.
Is a deposit required for a Sprinter booking?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at booking and becomes non-refundable three days before the start date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time incur a 100% fee.
How far ahead should I book group transportation?
