The Setai Miami Beach Car Service

At the Hotel
Pickup at The Setai
Your chauffeur arrives at the hotel entrance on Collins Avenue ten minutes before your pickup time and waits with the vehicle. You receive the vehicle description and your chauffeur's mobile number in advance.
South Beach streets are busy in the evening and parking is scarce. With an hourly booking your chauffeur stays close by and brings the car to the door when you are ready to leave.
For departures, tell us your flight or sailing time and we will set the pickup so you are never rushed.
How It Works
From the Airport to the Hotel
1. We track the flight. Give us the airline and flight number. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you at no charge.
2. You are met on arrival. At MIA your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim, curbside or inside with a name sign. Private flights are met planeside at the FBO.
3. Straight to the hotel. MIA to The Setai is usually 20 to 25 minutes. Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes for domestic and private flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.

These are usual ranges outside of rush hour. Weekday mornings and late afternoons on I-95 can add twenty minutes or more on the longer runs, and we plan your pickup around the hour you are travelling.

Your rate depends on the vehicle and the distance, and it is quoted before you confirm. It does not change for traffic, weather, or a delayed flight. Gratuity is not mandatory and is at your discretion.

A Mercedes-Benz S-Class carries up to three passengers. A Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban carries up to six with luggage. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen. Tell us how many bags you have and we will match the vehicle.
