We meet flights at every FBO on the field, including Signature Aviation. Tell us the FBO when you book; if you are not sure, give us the operator or tail number and we will confirm it.
Where the FBO allows it, your chauffeur meets you planeside. Otherwise your chauffeur waits in the FBO lobby with a name sign and the vehicle at the door.
Heading to the Keys? We drive to Key Largo, Islamorada and beyond. Tell us your destination when you book so we can plan the timing and a vehicle with room for luggage.
How It Works
From Wheels-Down to the Car
1. We track the aircraft. Give us the tail number and estimated arrival. If the flight is early or late, the pickup moves with it at no charge.
2. The car is waiting. Your chauffeur is at the FBO before you land, with the vehicle description and mobile number sent to you or your flight department in advance.
3. You leave when you are ready. Complimentary wait time is 30 minutes from landing for private flights, and 60 minutes for international arrivals clearing customs.

Typical Drive Times from TMB
These are usual ranges outside of rush hour. Weekday mornings and late afternoons on I-95 can add twenty minutes or more on the longer runs, and we plan your pickup around the hour you are travelling.
- Coral Gables: 20 to 25 minutes
- Miami airport (MIA): about 25 minutes
- Brickell and downtown Miami: 30 to 35 minutes
- Key Biscayne: 35 to 45 minutes
- Miami Beach: 40 to 50 minutes
- Key Largo: 50 to 60 minutes
Staying in Brickell? The Four Seasons Miami is about 30 minutes from TMB. For Miami Beach, Opa-locka (OPF) is usually closer.
Pricing
A Quoted Rate, No Surge
Your rate depends on the vehicle and the distance, and it is quoted before you confirm. It does not change for traffic, weather, or a delayed flight. Gratuity is not mandatory and is at your discretion.

Sized for Your Party and Bags
A Mercedes-Benz S-Class carries up to three passengers. A Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevrolet Suburban carries up to six with luggage. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen. Tell us how many bags you have and we will match the vehicle.

Yes. The airport was renamed Miami Executive Airport; its code is still TMB.
